Each Panettone is worked rigorously by hand, patiently respecting the long processing times, about 4 days of which 48 hours are dedicated to the preparation.
The long leavening and the care of the executive phases give a π·ππππππππ π
πππππππππ above all thanks to the presence of extra virgin olive oil and sourdough with the total absence of butter and preservatives.
Finally, they are turned upside down and cooled for about 10 hours in order to guarantee a perfect taste.
Available in 6 genuine flavours: Classic, Dark Chocolate, Bergamot, Lemon, Orange and Pistachio.
They are also packaged by hand with care and delicacy.
